Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
Assist with managing rental properties and tenant enquiries.
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors.
Schedule and assist with routine inspections and property viewings.
Prepare lease documentation, notices, and tenancy-related correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and update property management software.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office enquiries.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
About You
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational skills with attention to detail.




Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
