The Role
Provide training & coaching to 2 Rehabilitation Consultants & support more team members as the team grows Foster great relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers & treating practitioners Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic & functional assessments Identify barriers to recovery & develop practical RTW solutions Achieve positive recovery, engagement & return to work outcomes Initially, your role will involve approximately 20% leadership (training, coaching & customers) & 80% proactive case management Travel to visit clients around the Gold Coast - Burleigh, Currumbin & Coomera areas - referrals shared between the team & allocated as close to your home as possible The Benefits Salary $*******K + Super Incentive program with significant earning potential - one of the most generous schemes in the industry!
