Key Responsibilities:




Consistently produce quality meals for restaurant, room service, and function events
Assist with ordering, menu planning, stocktaking
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
Candidate Requirements:
Trade qualifications in cookery + 2 years' experience in a similar role
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail
High standards in food presentation and hygiene
Awareness of industry changes
Solid stock control and rotation practices
