Downlands College is seeking applications for a Full-Time, Fixed Term Boarding Supervisor (boys boarding) to commence September **** and concluding at the end of the school year.

Requirements
Experience working with young people in educational, residential care, or youth settings.
Demonstrated capacity to build positive and respectful relationships with adolescents.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills grounded in empathy and understanding.
Alignment with, and willingness to support, the MSC ethos and Catholic identity of the College.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD), or ability to obtain.




First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
Qualifications or studies in education, youth work, counselling, or related fields.
Experience Supporting the wellbeing of young men.

Salary
73,********,639 per annum plus Superannuation.
