Business Development Coordinator SJ Traffic Management Pty Ltd | Bunbury, WA | Part-time
SJ Traffic Management (SJTM) is a leading traffic management contractor, based in Bunbury but operating across the Southwest, Great Southern and Esperance regions.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to take ownership of our sales strategy, key client relationships, and tender pipeline across SJTM and related entities.
You'll be trusted to set the strategy, own the numbers, and represent SJTM with our clients.
What the role involves
Driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value existing and prospective clients
Developing and executing sales strategy across SJTM and related entities, including setting and delivering against sales targets
Leading the preparation of professionally presented tenders and proposals
Owning the quoting process end-to-end - pricing works and converting opportunities into confirmed business
Identifying and pursuing new business, key accounts, and strategic partnerships to support SJTM's growth strategy
Overseeing SJTM's social media presence and marketing campaigns to support brand positioning and lead generation




Monitoring client satisfaction and service delivery, protecting and growing long-term relationships
Reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market opportunities directly to leadership
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role
Demonstrated experience preparing and winning tenders and proposals in a competitive environment
The ability to operate independently, manage a pipeline, and make commercial decisions with limited oversight
Excellent communication skills, with the credibility to build trust with high-value clients and executive stakeholders
Knowledge of the traffic management or construction industries preferred but not essential
