Located on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, Portsea Hotel is looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

take direction and support your fellow chefs Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required Must have own transport or reside in the area What you'll be doing As part of the Portsea Hotel kitchen team, you will: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of your section Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team Assist with preparation, service and kitchen organisation Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture Continue developing your culinary skills and knowledge About Portsea Hotel Portsea Hotel is one of the Mornington Peninsula's most iconic hospitality destinations, offering a unique waterfront setting, vibrant atmosphere and exceptional food and beverage experiences.
