Our client, South Bunarba Agriculture, a successful family-owned enterprise, is seeking a passionate Dryland Cropping Manager to lead operations in Mungindi, NSW.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you'll manage the full dryland cropping program over 13,000 Ha and lead a small, capable team.

Crops: Wheat, Cotton, Barley, Chickpeas, Mungbeans, Sunflowers and Sorghum

Key Responsibilities
Lead all cropping operations from planning to harvest.
Manage and develop farm staff and contractors.
Ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
Oversee machinery, infrastructure, and maintenance.
Maintain records and support farm planning.
Skills & Experience
Proven farm management experience
Thorough knowledge of dryland farming practices
Experience in on farm grain storage management
Strong agronomic skills in dryland systems
Confident with modern machinery and agtech
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and chemical certification
