Job Description

Our client is one of Sydney's premier commercial flooring companies, delivering carpet and vinyl on commercial, health, education and government projects for over 35 years.

We're looking for someone to run their Belrose warehouse and act as the delivery driver across their Sydney projects — getting materials where their install crews need them and keeping projects moving safely and on time.

/n

What you'll be doing:

/n

/n

- Delivering or receiving materials to sites across Sydney and getting them to the installation zone, ready for our install crews

/n

- Running the warehouse — stock, consumables, forklifts and tooling organised, serviced and ready to go

/n

- Safe loading and unloading on site via forklift, hoist or crane

/n

- Looking after the truck, van and trailer

/n

- Leading hand duties on site — keeping the job tidy and safe, watching quality,



and communicating with builders and our install teams

/n

- Regional travel on occasion, including the odd overnight stay

/n/n

What you'll need:

/n

/n

- A current driver's licence, and not in danger of losing it — an MR licence would be a bonus

/n

- A forklift ticket and solid experience on the forks

/n

- A White Card for commercial building sites

/n

- Physical fitness — heavy lifting is involved

/n

- Valuable communication skills and the ability to lead from the front on a commercial site

/n

- A solid work ethic — flooring experience is a bonus but not necessary

/n

- The legal right to work permeant full-time in Australia

/n/n

This role would suit someone living close to Belrose.
