Job Description

Windgap Foundation in Banksmeadow, NSW, is seeking experienced, caring Community Support Workers to join their growing team. Roles are hands-on, rewarding and involve supporting people with intellectual disabilities across Windgap's sites.

The position requires NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, a valid driver's licence, and flexibility across shifts. Travel to group accommodation sites is part of the role and the office base is Banksmeadow.
