We are an established scaffolding company based in Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to join our Newcastle team. Key Responsibilities:

/n

Oversee daily site operations to achieve project milestones and stakeholder expectations

/n

Coordinate project activities to meet quality, time, and cost objectives in line with contractual requirements

/n

Conduct quality and safety inspections in accordance with company and legislative requirements

/n

Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour requirements

/n

Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve issues

/n

Liaise with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

/n

Manage and report safety matters in line with WHS obligations and company policies

/n

Resolve site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.

/n





About you:

/n

Proven experience as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role within the construction industry

/n

Ability to interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and drawings

/n

Valid driver's licence.

/n

Current Protected Work NSW White Card or recognised interstate White Card

/n

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities

/n

Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

/n

Professional presentation and a positive attitude

/n

Ability to delegate tasks and provide clear direction to teams

/n

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

/n

High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes

/n

Safety-focused with the ability to follow and promote company WHS policies and procedures.
