Job Description

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to support and grow our customer base across Mackay and surrounding areas.

/n

This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with customers, identify growth opportunities, and work alongside our branch teams to deliver real results.

/n

What You'll Be Doing

/n

/n

- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers

/n

- Act as the main point of contact for account support and enquiries

/n

- Identify new business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities

/n





- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets

/n

- Partner with branch teams to deliver great customer outcomes

/n

- Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews

/n

- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities

/n/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales

/n

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

/n

- Results-driven with a commercial mindset

/n

- Well-organised and able to manage your time effectively

/n

- Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools

/n

- Automotive, truck or parts industry experience is highly regarded
