- Open to experience from any level Strata, including Assistants | Council of Owners, strong Property Managers with an interest and understanding of Strata.
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- Have excellent time management
