Looking for your next step in property or operations? We're hiring multiple Property & Tenant Coordinator to join a major Canberra-based asset in a hands-on, quick-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity to build experience in property operations, working closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

- Be the first point of contact for tenant queries and requests

/n

- Coordinate maintenance and contractor access

/n

- Support tenancy administration and compliance tasks

/n

- Assist with reporting and general property administration

/n

- Work closely with tenants and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

/n/n
