Responsibilities

- Provide secretariat support to Program governance forums, including preparation of agendas, coordination of papers, minute‐taking, and tracking of actions, risks, and decisions
- Support Executive-level Program Boards meetings, ensuring timely distribution of materials and accurate capture of outcomes
- Maintain and update PMO artefacts, including RAID logs, action registers, meeting packs, and status reporting

Skills/Experience





- Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels, including client and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing PMO efficiency, governance practices, and reporting quality
