Pacific Toyota and Lexus of Cairns are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader to help lead our busy Parts Warehouse team.

The role

/n

You will help coordinate the daily warehouse operation, support the team and ensure stock is received, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n

- Coordinating daily workloads and priorities

/n

- Supporting and motivating the warehouse team

/n

- Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation

/n

- Ensuring deadlines and operational standards are met

/n

- Working closely with other departments

/n

- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes

/n

About you

/n

You may already be a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader,



or you could be an experienced warehouse qualified ready to step into leadership.

/n

You will have:

/n

- Previous warehouse, logistics or inventory experience

/n

- Strong organisational and communication skills

/n

- A practical, hands-on leadership style

/n

- The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

/n

- An open Queensland driver licence

/n

- A current forklift licence

/n

- Basic computer skills

/n
