The Opportunity





SEE Group are calling for expressions of interest for experience Site Engineers to join our Infrastructure division on upcoming projects in the Townsville region. These are diverse and fast-paced roles that will see you provide advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of civil construction projects.

Responsibilities will include

- Ensuringeffective programming and construction methodologies
- Project administration, planning and scheduling
- Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuringproject compliance
- Conducting quality assurance
- Financial reporting and forecasting;
- Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

Essential Skills and Attributes

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Construction White Card
- Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
