The Opportunity

/n

We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our asphalt and civil projects meet contract specifications, compliance requirements, and industry-leading quality standards.

/n

This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging infrastructure projects while contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality systems and project delivery processes.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Collect, review, and maintain quality documentation from suppliers, subcontractors,



laboratories, and project teams.

/n

- Ensure all quality records, testing results, and project documentation are accurately stored and communicated.

/n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

/n

- Assist in maintaining project compliance through quality reporting, auditing, and documentation management.

/n

- Develop a thorough understanding of project specifications, asphalt testing requirements, and contract obligations.

/n

- Prepare and manage Quality Management Plans (QMPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Control documentation.

/n

- Verify that delivered materials comply with project and contract specifications.

/n

- Coordinate laboratory and field testing activities to ensure compliance requirements are met.

/n

- Assist with project quality close-out documentation and handover processes.

/n

- Develop and maintain verification checklists and quality assurance processes.

/n

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a strong quality culture across the business.

About You

/n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

/n

/n

- Minimum 2 years' experience within civil construction, road construction,



or the asphalt industry.

/n

- Previous experience working on DTMR/TMR projects and specifications.

/n

- Robust knowledge of DTMR, local council, and FNQROC standards.

/n

- Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems.

/n

- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

/n

- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

/n

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

/n

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.

/n/n
