This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction, infrastructure and capital works projects from planning through to completion. You will manage contractors, control budgets, drive project timelines and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.

Key responsibilities

- Lead multiple projects from planning through to delivery and activation
- Manage contractors, suppliers and site-based activities
- Own project budgets, track delivered costs and identify variances early
- Drive project governance, milestones, approvals and delivery gates
- Ensure projects are activated quickly to support Time-to-Revenue
- Monitor project performance against approved business cases and advantages
- Provide clear reporting, risks and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Drive strong WHSE standards across all project activities




- Work across multiple asset and product formats, adapting delivery approaches where required

About you

- Proven experience managing construction, infrastructure or capital works projects
- Strong site-based experience with demonstrated contractor management capability
- Excellent commercial and financial discipline
- Experience working within structured PMO, governance or project delivery frameworks
- Strong project tracking and reporting skills; FSM experience advantageous
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence contractors, stakeholders and senior leaders
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with a strong focus on delivery, safety and results
