/n They are seeking a motivated and reliable Manager who is eager to strengthen both their technical and mentoring skills. This role offers hands‐on experience across a variety of accounting functions and the opportunity to work closely with multiple partners and senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities
/n

- Lead delivery of business services and tax compliance across a diverse SME and HNW client base
/n
- Contribute actively to building the Adelaide office e.g. how the team is structured, how clients are onboarded, how the firm's reputation takes hold locally
/n
- Managing relationships with clients
/n
- Mentoring Junior team members
/n
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients
/n
- Established knowledge of relevant taxation and other legislation
/n
- Advising clients on tax strategies and business growth opportunities
/n
- Preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards
/n/n

About you
/n

- 7+ years' experience in Australian public practice
/n
- CA/CPA Qualified
/n
- Robust analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
/n
- Confident mentoring junior colleagues
/n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
/n
- Confident managing established client relationships
/n
- Comfortable working with advanced accounting software and technology
