Civil Supervisor – Defence Infrastructure Projects

Location: Osborne, SA

Salary: $120,000+ + Fully Maintained Vehicle (Personal Use)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (6:30am starts to resume seasonally) + Saturday 7:00am - 13:00pm

Volley Recruit is partnering with a well-established civil contractor to recruit an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a major Defence infrastructure project based in Osborne.

/n

This is a long-term opportunity to lead experienced crews delivering critical infrastructure works within a secure Defence environment. You'll remain on the Osborne project for its duration, with project completion expected beyond the current financial year.

/n

About the Role

/n

As the Civil Supervisor, you'll be responsible for safely leading site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered to program and specification.

/n

The project includes:

/n

/n

- Demolition of existing infrastructure

/n

- Drainage and pipe laying

/n

- Detailed civil infrastructure works

/n

- Footpath and car park preparation

/n/n

You'll play a key role in planning daily activities, maintaining productivity and ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are achieved.

What We're Looking For

/n

To be successful in this role you'll have:

/n

/n





- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand ready to step up

/n

- Strong background in stormwater, drainage and pipe laying (essential)

/n

- Experience managing crews on civil construction projects

/n

- Ability to read plans and coordinate site activities

/n

- Solid leadership and communication skills

/n

- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes

/n/n

Mandatory Requirements

/n

Due to the nature of the project, applicants must have:

/n

/n

- Ability to pass a National Police Check

/n

- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening

/n

- White Card

/n

- Current Driver's Licence/n What's on Offer/n
