As part of a high-profile Learning Management Solution (LMS) transformation, you'll play a key role in establishing the future state learning platform and supporting foundational technology initiatives that will modernise learning and workforce capability across the organisation.

Your new role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, governance, and delivery of a large-scale Learning Management Solution program, centred around the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors LMS and the development of a detailed business case for replacing legacy learning platforms.

Working within a complex enterprise environment, you will manage technical delivery activities, oversee architecture and technology workstreams, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and engage with stakeholders across business and ICT functions. You will be responsible for ensuring project outcomes are delivered in line with established project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and release management processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects and technology initiatives.
- Managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance artefacts.
- Coordinating technical teams across architecture, engineering, data, testing, and business functions.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and supporting organisational change outcomes.
- Preparing business cases and project documentation to support investment decisions.
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.

What you'll need to succeed

- 7+ years' experience in Technical Project Management within large and complex ICT environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software projects,



preferably involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, HR/Payroll, Workforce Management, Learning Management, or Human Capital Management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies including PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Protected, or similar frameworks.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across architecture, engineering, data, testing, and business streams.
- Proven capability developing business cases, governance artefacts, project plans, and executive reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of contemporary technology frameworks and practices such as TOGAF, ITIL, ITSM, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience within large government, healthcare, or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
- Relevant project management certifications and SAP delivery experience are advantageous.
