Our client is an elite boutique law firm renowned for handling some of the market’s most complex, high-stakes commercial disputes. Unlike traditional top-tier firms where junior lawyers are confined to document review, our client offers a high-performance environment where talent is fast-tracked. Our client combines premium, big-ticket litigation with a lean team structure, ensuring their lawyers get meaningful, coal face experience.

The Role
Due to strategic growth, this firm is looking for a talented commercial litigation lawyer (18 months to 5 years pae) to join their Sydney team. You will work directly with recognized expert partners on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters, class actions, and high-value corporate collapses.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will scale as rapid as your capability allows, including:

- Drafting complex pleadings, evidence, and submissions.
- Appearing in and attending court.
- Being involved in the strategy of matters and instructing counsel.
- Engaging directly with ASX-listed corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, and stakeholders.

About You
We are seeking an ambitious, intellectually curious lawyer who thrives on solving intricate legal puzzles. To be successful, you will bring:

- Around 18 months to 5 years pae in commercial litigation from a reputable firm.
- Strong academic record
- A sharp analytical mind with exceptional legal research and drafting skills.
- The confidence and articulation to communicate effectively with sophisticated clients.
- A strong drive for autonomy and a desire to take ownership of your career trajectory.
