About the opportunity

Hudson is currently implementing a Managed Service Program (MSP) with a well-known consumer brand. This is a great opportunity to help shape a brand-new MSP from the ground up, working directly within the client's hiring leaders while being employed, trained and supported by Hudson.

You'll be the face of Hudson for this client, the go-to person for hiring managers and preferred suppliers, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently by yourself or the panel.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing contract recruitment across the organisation – this includes roles within warehouse and distribution, delivery and installation, customer experience and corporate.
- Partnering with hiring managers to provide high quality talent
- Coordinating activity across the preferred supplier panel
- Managing sourcing, screening, compliance and onboarding
- Delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
- Delivering quarterly reviews and reporting

About You

You'll enjoy building relationships and partnering with hiring managers to find them the talent they need to be successful.

You'll bring:

- More than 7 years’ experience recruiting temp /contract roles ideally in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Confidence working autonomously and managing stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail, and good numeracy skills
- Knowledge of WHS and right-to-work requirements




- A highly organised approach and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Exposure to MSP programs beneficial but not essential
