OCRT is seeking to hire a Senior or Lead Business Analyst to support the modernisation and digitisation of the Solomon Islands Government's people management processes. This role will require travel to the Solomon Islands for stakeholder consultation, workshop facilitation, and validation of future-state designs, with analysis and deliverable preparation conducted remotely and on-site from Australia between missions.
Government sector experience is highly regarded, and prior work within law enforcement, policing, justice, or corrections sectors would be well suited to this chance. However, your drive and ability to make a positive impact are more important than the number of years you've spent in the workplace.
