About the role

JBA Surveys is seeking experienced Licensed, Engineering & Graduate Surveyors and Survey Drafters to join our growing team based in Belmont, Western Australia. As a member of our dynamic surveying team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality surveying services across a range of construction and infrastructure projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression and development.

What you'll be doing

- Undertaking detailed topographic surveys and investigations to support project design and planning

- Preparing accurate survey drawings, plans, and reports for clients

- Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of surveying services

- Utilising the latest surveying equipment and technologies to capture precise spatial data

- Providing field support and guidance to junior surveyors

- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

What we're looking for

- A recognised qualification in Surveying

- Relevant experience in the surveying & construction industry, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and practices

- For Licensed Surveyors,



a current Practicing Certificate and extensive experience in the field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, such as total stations, GPS, and CAD applications

- A commitment to workplace health and safety and a proactive approach to risk management
