Rangedale SA is a leading provider of drainage maintenance services, specialising in sewer and stormwater systems. Based in Wingfield, we proudly deliver critical infrastructure maintenance works across South Australia.

With ongoing projects secured, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator to further their career within a supportive and safety-focused organisation.

About the role

- This is a hands-on role suited to experienced operators with strong civil construction knowledge. Key responsibilities include:

- Repair damaged sewer and storm water pipes

- Read site plans and communicate with supervisors/managers

- Conduct confined space entry and live sewer work

- Lead a crew to ensure project deliverables are met.

- Provide adequate supervision of staff resources, ensuring that established quality standards are achieved within set budgets, timeframes and in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.





- Respond to planned and reactive maintenance requests

- Monitor work to ensure it is completed to an acceptable standard

- Day to day management of the team, equipment and associated work tasks

- Recommend process improvements and enhancements

- Assist in the training of new team members

About you

We are looking for someone who has the same passion we do for the water industry. As the successful candidate, you will have:

- Experience in the water industry

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook
