Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Red Pearl team, you will:

- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

- Build solid relationships with customers, developing a loyal and exclusive client base through personalised styling and service.

- Work collaboratively within a supportive team while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.

- Assist with all aspects of daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock presentation, replenishment, and maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.

- Be available to work a rotating roster, including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Previous experience in premium or high-end fashion retail (essential).

- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.

- Exceptional presentation and attention to detail.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute positively to a team culture.

- Experience with AP21 POS an advantage but not essential.
