What You Will Be Doing
Providing phone and face-to-face customer serviceTaking customer orders and processing salesCoordinating dispatch activitiesManaging emails and customer correspondenceProcessing invoicing and maintaining recordsScheduling bookings and operational activitiesSupporting general administrative functions
What You Will Need
Previous administration and customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office programsConfidence with invoicing and dispatch processesStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and multitaskHigh level of attention to detailAbility to pass a pre-employment medical, physical assessment, and Drug & Alcohol screen
