We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to lead the operations on site. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving safety performance, managing people, and delivering excellent service for our mining, corporate, and charter clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations
- Lead and support a team of drivers, administration, and operational staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legislative requirements
- Oversee scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, and operational planning
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and performance
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

About You

- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or operations management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills




- Sound knowledge of fleet operations and safety compliance
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational systems

Qualifications & Requirements

- Current C-Class Driver’s License (MR advantageous)
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Experience working in a remote or regional setting is highly desirable
