Apollo Care Services is a provider of care services for both the Aged and Disabled. We are community driven and our goal is to provide holistic care and empower those who are less fortunate with both the education and tools to have a higher quality of life.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Scheduler/Rosterer to further develop and grow our business whilst also empowering our broader local community workforce. They will also be involved in the HR processes to onboard and lead the support worker team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to coordinate schedules across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage schedules for various departments within the organization

- Ensure that schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and communicate any changes or updates to relevant parties

- Coordinate with managers and supervisors to ensure that all necessary resources are available for scheduled tasks

- Monitor and track progress of tasks to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget

- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work with stakeholders to find solutions

- Prepare reports and presentations related to scheduling and resource allocation

- Work with other departments to coordinate scheduling efforts and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of any changes or updates

- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

- Assist in performance management processes





- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements

- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Requirements for Success

- Vietnamese Speaking/Fluency as well as conversational English

- Native or fluent level Vietnamese speaking ability is essential for this role

- Diploma level or above qualification in community, aged, health or another discipline desirable

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with scheduling software and tools

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

- A clear national police check and working with children check upon role offer
