Sport Integrity Australia are looking to fill the role of Digital Enablement, Records & Compliance Manager - Executive Level 1

About the role

The EL1 Manager leads business process improvement initiatives (such as AI and Power Platforms), drives continuous improvement and digital transformation outcomes, and supports organisational compliance and reporting obligations. They will also have the technical knowledge to both oversee the Power platform team (of two) and deliver against priorities.

The role will also drive and support the section’s compliance and governance activities, and associated reporting and oversee the Information Manager and the Records Management function.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, experience with developing on the Microsoft Power Platform (particularly Power Apps), governance and compliance experience (ideally in an APS ICT context) and the ability to analyse business processes and implement solutions that improve efficiency, governance, and service delivery

What we are looking for (selection criteria):

- Demonstrated experience delivering business improvement and transformation initiatives, particularly around Artificial Intelligence.




- Strong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience preparing and managing Australian Government compliance and performance reporting, managing and engaging with risk.
- Experience with Government Records Management practices.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, consultation and facilitation skills.
- Experience analysing business processes and implementing sustainable improvements.
- Robust written communication skills, including preparing executive briefings, business cases and governance papers
