Roll on Automotive is a fast growing, award-winning automotive company based in North Richmond. We are currently looking for a highly organsied and motivated Roadside Operations Coordinator to join our team, managing live jobs and keeping our drivers and customers moving.

The position available is 1.30pm to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and every Saturday, this role is a hybrid role working at both the office and returning home to complete the remainder of your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating roadside assistance, towing and customers jobs in real time

- Dispatching and allocating jobs to field technicians

- Managing field technicians' schedules and workloads to maximise efficiency

- Communicating with customers, service providers and technicians regarding job progress and arrival times

- Handling inbound job requests and booking into our systems

- Continuously monitoring active jobs to ensure timely completion

- Inputting accurate records of job details

- Ensuring all jobs have been closed off currently upon completions

- Delivering a high level of customer service during high pressure situations

- Afternoon Shifts from 1:30pm till 9.30pm Monday to Friday





- Weekend shift required and will be on a rotating roster

What we are looking for:

- Exceptional organisational and time manage skills

- Strong attention to detail

- The ability to remain calm and focused in a quick-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong computer literacy and confidence working around multiple software platforms

- The ability to priorities competing tasks and make decisions quickly

- A professional and positive attitude

- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, scheduling, customer service or Automotive industry will be highly regarded
