FIRST-YEAR APPRENTICE PLUMBER

Level Plumbing Townsville is seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our team as a First-Year Apprentice Plumber.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is completing Year 12 in 2026 or has already successfully completed Year 12 and is looking to begin a long-term career in the plumbing industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work alongside qualified and experienced plumbers across a variety of plumbing projects, including:

- Plumbing maintenance and repairs

- Drainage and blocked drain repairs

- Hot water systems

- Roof, gutter and stormwater work

- Preventative maintenance and testing

- Commercial and residential plumbing

- Construction and fit-out projects

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive practical on-the-job training and support while completing the required trade qualifications.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this position, you must:

- Be currently completing Year 12 or have successfully completed Year 12

- Be genuinely interested in completing a plumbing apprenticeship

- Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn

- Have a positive attitude and robust work ethic

- Be able to follow instructions and work safely

- Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Be willing to complete all required trade school training





- Hold a Construction White Card

- Hold a current Australian manual driver’s licence (provisional or open)

- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening if required

WORKING RIGHTS

Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
