Qualifications & experience

- Experience in specialty coffee.

- Knowledge of various specialty & equipment brewing methods including cold brew and advanced filter techniques.

- Previous experience in or interest in roasting coffee is an advantage.

- Full Australian Work Rights Required.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Open and dial in the coffee station.

- Service of Speciality Coffee to recipe in volume.

- Brew cold brew coffee and batch filters to a recipe.

- Craft and brew cold and batch Chai to a recipe.

- Consult and advise clients on retail coffee and paraphernalia.

- Close and clean the coffee station to requirements.

- Candidates must be available to work most weekends as part of the regular schedule.
