The Payroll & People Systems Coordinator plays a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services while maintaining the integrity of HR systems and workforce data. Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay cycles.
- Administer allowances, overtime, leave entitlements, and other employment conditions.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Support payroll audits and compliance activities.

Payroll & HR Systems





- Utilise systems such as SAP, Workday, and SuccessFactors to manage payroll and employee data.
- Process employee movements including promotions, transfers, roster changes, and terminations.
- Troubleshoot payroll and HRIS issues and support system improvements and upgrades.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare end-of-month and ad hoc payroll and workforce reports.
- Analyse workforce and payroll data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and labour cost analysis through accurate reporting and insights.
