We are looking for clinicians to join our reputable and fast growing teams:
Tools4Life OT' is seeking three experienced Occupational Therapists (adults and paeds welcome) and a Paediatrician to join our dynamic team in Woolloongabba, QLD. As a full-time Occupational Therapist and a Paediatrician, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centred care to our diverse range of patients. We have multiple positions in Brisbane (Woolloongabba) . Fellowed Paediatrician salary ranges from $280000 to $340000 depending on experience.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalised treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy or speech pathology interventions to help clients achieve their functional, communication and swallowing goals
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-focused care
- Maintaining detailed clinical records and reporting on patient progress
- Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our allied health services
- Delivering competent services in accordance with professional expectations
What we're looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
- Relevant experience working in a similar allied health role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapy plans and services for clients.
- Ability to manage caseload and billables.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and various demographics (not critical)
What you'll be doing - Paediatrician
As a Paediatrician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting medical assessments and diagnoses of paediatric clients attending our clinic
- Providing clinical leadership and medical oversight to support the multidisciplinary team
- Developing and reviewing individualised medical management and treatment plans
- Collaborating with occupational therapists and other team members to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care
- Communicating with clients' families, carers, and external healthcare providers to optimise outcomes
- Maintaining comprehensive medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations
- Contributing to the development and review of clinical protocols and standards of practice
- Participating in professional development and fostering a culture of clinical excellence
What we're looking for - Paediatrician
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognised in Australia
- Specialisation or significant experience in Paediatrics
- Current registration with AHPRA as a medical practitioner and relevant fellowship registration
- Comprehensive knowledge of paediatric conditions, developmental milestones, and medical management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and medical oversight of complex paediatric cases
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional excellence
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred experience:
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with the NDIS and disability support systems in Australia
- Experience collaborating with allied health professionals in multidisciplinary settings
