ABOUT US:

As part of the Tony White Group, Maitland Toyota is one of the Hunter Region's leading Toyota dealerships, renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and quality vehicles. With a strong reputation built on professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, we're looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter to join our busy Pre-Delivery Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician with accessory fitting experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Fit and install genuine Toyota and aftermarket accessories to new and used vehicles prior to customer delivery.

- Install accessories including bull bars, tow bars, canopies, roof racks, electric brake controllers, driving lights, UHF radios, tray accessories, and other vehicle enhancements.

- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard before delivery.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.

- Work collaboratively with the Pre-Delivery and Service teams to meet delivery deadlines.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:





- Qualified Automotive Technician (preferred).

- Demonstrated experience fitting vehicle accessories in a dealership or automotive environment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

- Pride in delivering quality workmanship.

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Current Open "C" Class Driver's Licence.

- A positive attitude and strong team player.s.
