Are you an experienced Client Service professional who genuinely enjoys being in Client Service?
We are partnering with a highly regarded, established Financial Planning and Wealth Management practice in the Sydney CBD that is looking to appoint experienced Client Service Officers and Client Service Managers to its growing team.
These opportunities are specifically suited to career CSOs and CSMs who enjoy being an integral part of the advice process and want to continue developing their expertise within client service, implementation and advice support.
This is not a Professional Year or pathway-to-Adviser opportunity. Unless you can commit to 3 years as a CSO/CSM.
The Opportunity Working closely with experienced Financial Advisers, you will play an important role in managing the advice and implementation process and ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service.
Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Working closely with Financial Advisers on a daily basis
- Managing the advice implementation process from start to finish
- Preparing and processing advice documentation
- Coordinating SOAs and ROAs and managing implementation requirements
- Implementing superannuation, investment and retirement strategies
- Managing personal insurance applications, underwriting and implementation
- Processing investment transactions, contributions, rollovers and withdrawals
- Liaising with platforms, fund managers, insurers and other product providers
- Preparing client review documentation and managing review workflows
- Building strong, skilled relationships with clients
- Ensuring every stage of the advice process is completed accurately and on time
Who We Are Looking for We would love to speak with people who have experience within an Australian Financial Planning or Wealth Management practice and who see Client Service as a genuine long-term career.
You may currently be working as a:
Client Service Officer | Senior CSO | Client Service Manager | Advice Support Officer | Implementation Officer
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience supporting Financial Advisers
- Strong understanding of the financial advice process
- Hands-on implementation experience
- Exposure to superannuation, investments and personal insurance
- Experience working with SOAs and ROAs
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple client cases and priorities
