Property Manager – Residential Property

Green Real Estate Agency is seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join our team in West Ryde. This is a full-time role managing a residential property portfolio, with support from our leasing, accounts and administration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a stable long-term position within a well-established local agency with a strong and growing rent roll.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs

- Manage rent arrears and tenant-related matters

- Conduct and coordinate routine inspections

- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews

- Prepare and issue notices and property management documentation

- Handle landlord and tenant enquiries

- Manage tribunal matters when required

- Maintain accurate property and tenancy records

- Ensure properties are managed in accordance with NSW residential tenancy legislation





Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year experience in residential property management preferred

- Experience using PropertyMe, Snug, VaultRE and Ignite

- NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Confident dealing with landlords and tenants

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Good understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation

- Ability to work independently while being part of a team

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
