The role
As an associate recruitment consultant, you will pursue new business opportunities for Gough using a variety of prospecting methods. You'll balance hunting new business with attentive account management and high-quality service delivery
Your role will include:

- Building and managing client relationships
- Developing new business opportunities
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Crafting Ad strategy to maximize visibility and engagement
- Networking across the industry
- Negotiating offers
- Providing market advice to clients and candidates
- Building a robust personal brand within your market

About you:

- Proven success in a B2B sales environment
- Curious and eager to learn
- Passionate about the Real Estate, Property,



Development or Construction industry
- Confident building relationships
- No fear of picking up the phone
- Commercially minded
- Target-driven and motivated by results
