Lucas Drilling is looking for an experienced candidate to join our field division. Our ideal candidate would be independent, hard-working, highly motivated and hold the relevant competencies. As a leading provider of Drilling services, Lucas offers on the job and off the job training as well as career progression opportunities. We are looking for both Fixed Term (12 months) and Casual employees.

Key responsibilities

- Provide essential support to drilling operations

- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment

- Collaborate with the drilling team to ensure efficient and safe work practices

- Undertake physically demanding tasks associated with drilling activities

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability

About you

- Previous experience as a Driller Offsider or in a similar Offsider role





- Mechanical aptitude and a strong problem-solving mindset

- Current Unrestricted HR license

- First Aid certificate or a willingness to obtain

- Standard 11 mining induction or a commitment to obtaining one

- Dedication to maintaining a high level of safety standards
