About Us

MineMend is a growing company specializing in mine site rehabilitation throughout the Bowen Basin. We take pride in our modern fleet of John Deere tractors, telehandlers, and cutting-edge technology to restore landscapes and promote environmental sustainability. Due to an increase in work, we are currently expanding and looking to find another experienced Operator to join us

About You

- You are a self-motivated individual with a passion for operating heavy machinery and working outdoors.

- You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

- You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

- You have experience operating tractors and telehandlers,



ideally John Deere models with GPS systems.

- You understand the importance of safety and compliance and are comfortable following mine site procedures and protocols.

- You take pride in keeping machines well-maintained and operational, from checking fluids to performing routine greasing and cleaning.
