About The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a respected Wagga Wagga practice with a strong client base of local and family owned businesses. You will manage a varied portfolio, mentor junior staff, and work closely with Directors on advisory led engagements rather than pure compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing a portfolio of business services and tax clients across a range of industries

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals

- Providing tax planning and structuring advice to clients

- Mentoring and reviewing the work of intermediate and graduate accountants

- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance

- Liaising directly with clients and the ATO on technical matters

What We Are Looking For

- CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)

- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in public practice

- Strong technical knowledge across tax, financial statements, and trust structures

- Confident communicator comfortable dealing directly with clients

- A genuine interest in business advisory work,
