About You
You’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and collaborating with others. You’ll bring:

- A degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years’ experience in flood and stormwater engineering.
- Strong skills with modelling software such as TUFLOW, RORB/WBNM, HEC-RAS, DRAINS or 12D.
- Experience preparing and reviewing flood studies and management plans.
- Confidence communicating with clients, councils, and colleagues.
- A proactive, mentoring approach that supports others in the team.
- CPEng status or desire to work towards it (ideal but not essential).

About the Role
You’ll take the lead on a range of flood and stormwater projects across Sydney and regional NSW. The role involves:

- Managing and delivering flood models, studies, and assessments.
- Providing technical direction and review to ensure quality outcomes.
- Working closely with planners, surveyors, and project managers to coordinate design solutions.
- Guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
