We are working with a well-regarded mechanical services contractor to find a Site Manager for one of Western Sydney's landmark health projects.

They're delivering the mechanical services on Stage 2 of a major health and academic precinct, an approx. $15M+ mechanical and BMCS package.

What you'll be doing

- Leading day-to-day site delivery of the mechanical/HVAC and BMCS works, with visible ownership of safety, quality and programme
- Coordinating supervisors, labour, subcontractors and suppliers to keep work fronts ready and sequenced




- Turning the programme into practical look-aheads and driving productivity at the work face
- Running the QA process — ITPs, hold points, fire/smoke interfaces — with clean, traceable evidence
- Steering testing, commissioning and handover to a defect-free finish
- Representing the business professionally with the builder, consultants and trades

What they're looking for

- 8+ years in mechanical construction, including solid time as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects
- Australian experience on major commercial mechanical/HVAC work, with direct responsibility for a package around $10M+
- Robust command of commercial HVAC systems, sequencing, WHS, quality systems and fire/smoke compliance
- Confidence controlling ITPs, hold points, NCRs and defects
- Relevant trade or mechanical/building-services qualification
- Current White Card, driver's licence and rights to work in Australia

Highly regarded

- Hospital, healthcare, lab or data-centre experience
- NSW Health Infrastructure or live precinct projects
- Experience under a Tier 1 builder's systems
