About You
You’re an experienced Senior Structural Engineer who enjoys solving problems and delivering practical, well-considered solutions. You’ll bring:

- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 6–8+ years’ local design experience in building structures.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and building codes.
- Experience across industrial, commercial or similar building projects.
- Comfortable balancing design work with site inspections.
- Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
- Strong communication skills with clients, builders and internal teams.
- Interest in mentoring or helping build a team over time.
- Working rights in Australia.

About the Role

- Managing structural design from concept to construction.
- Chance to grow the Brisbane team and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring design integrity, cost-efficiency and compliance on every project.
