We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations across North NSW for a well-established civil infrastructure business.
This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing across pavement, sealing and asphalt operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the North NSW region, from Newcastle to the Northern NSW border.
- Lead and develop 6–8 direct reports, including senior operational and project personnel.
- Oversee the performance of Spray seal branches and Asphalt branches.
- Drive business development, including identifying opportunities, winning work and building strong client relationships.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost and programme.
- Manage key relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Drive commercial performance, resource utilisation and continuous improvement across the region.
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in senior operational or regional management within civil construction or infrastructure.
- Strong background in pavements, asphalt and/or spray seal.
- Proven experience managing a significant regional business or portfolio.
- Commercially astute, with a strong track record in winning and delivering work.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple branches, projects and priorities across a large geographic region.
