About the role:
We are currently looking for a scheduler to join our dedicated team. You will be taught everything you need to know to perform your duties. Working in a relaxed and friendly environment, you will be supported within a team.
In this role, you will be required to perform a range of duties including:
- Scheduling tradesmen to site daily;
- Data entry and computer system use;
- Material ordering;
- Purchase Order and Quote/Estimate screening;
- Coordination of work order delivery;
- Communication with suppliers and customers.
Ideally you will possess the following key skills:
- Good communicator
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn simple programs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
