About the role

Sister Fox Espresso Bar in Caringbah is a popular and thriving espresso bar operating alongside the White Horse Coffee family. We are focused on speciality coffee and delivering a high quality guest experience to the wider community 6 days a week. We are artisans with our craft and passionate about bringing happiness to our local commuters.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver detailed latte art consistently

- Provide a high quality guest experience

- Work in a fast-paced espresso style cafe environment

- Prioritise what's important at any given moment while fostering a welcoming environment for guests

- Perform barista duties in a high volume setting

About you

- Experienced or Intermediate Barista with all rounder skills

- Barista experience in a high volume setting

- Passionate about customer experiences and quality coffee

- Ability to deliver detailed latte art consistently





- Good judgement skills and fantastic memory for guest names and beverages

- Attention to detail, consistency, leadership, clear mindedness and efficiency

- Ability to commute to Caringbah for 4.20 am starts

- Ability to perform in the early mornings

- Ability to work within established systems

- Multitasking skills, clear communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure

Perks

- No work on Sundays or Public Holidays and during the Christmas Period

- Four day a week roster cycle
