As a Concierge Team Member, You Will:

- Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
- Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other customer services
- Welcome customers and provide directions, information and helpful solutions
- Build genuine connections by understanding customer needs and offering support
- Support festive events, activations and surprise-and-delight moments throughout the season

You'll Be Outstanding for This Role If You:

- Confidently engage with customers in a fast-paced and busy environment

To be successful in this role, you must be available to work from September through to January, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Full availability throughout November and December will be highly regarded. This is a fixed-term contract that concludes on 31 January 2027.
